When Not to Use

Empty systems

How to Use

Attach the injector tube to the low-side service port.

Use the Direct Inject Gun (sold separately) to release the sealant.

Run the system for at least 45 minutes to allow circulation and sealing.
Without injection gun:
- Start the unit and let it run normally so refrigerant is circulating.

Attach the ProSeal XL4 direct Inject to your manifold charging hose.

Connect the hose to the low-side service port.

Use system pressure OR refrigerant to push the sealant into the system.

Make sure the entire cartridge is dispensed (single-use).

Allow the system to run for at least 45 minutes to circulate the sealant.
