ENVIRO-SAFE® Proseal Direct Inject – AC Leak Repair

Fix small AC leaks fast with the original USA-made Direct Inject system.

Quick & Easy Application

Connect to the low-side port, use the Direct Inject Gun (sold separately), and you’re done in about 30 seconds. The system should run for 45 minutes to let the sealant fully circulate.

Permanent Leak Repair

  • Seals small leaks in both metal and rubber parts

  • Won’t clog TXVs, cap tubes, or other critical components

  • Safe for your A/C system and has never voided a warranty

When Not to Use

  • Empty systems

  • Systems that lose all refrigerant in under 7 days (leak is too large and requires a part replacement)

  • Ammonia (R717) or CO₂ (R744) systems
