Due to federal hazmat shipping regulations, pressurized refrigerant cylinders are non-returnable once shipped. Please verify your system compatibility and charge requirements before ordering. If your cylinder arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll file a carrier claim and ship a replacement.
Product Details

Fix small AC leaks fast with the original USA-made Direct Inject system.

How to use:

  • Start the unit and let it run normally so refrigerant is circulating.

  • Attach the ProSeal XL4 15 Ton cartridge to your manifold charging hose.

  • Connect the hose to the low-side service port.

  • Use system pressure to push the sealant into the system.

  • Make sure the entire cartridge is dispensed (single-use).

  • Allow the system to run for at least 45 minutes to circulate the sealant.

Permanent Leak Repair

  • Seals small leaks in both metal and rubber parts

  • Won’t clog TXVs, cap tubes, or other critical components

  • Safe for your A/C system and has never voided a warranty

When Not to Use

  • Empty systems

  • Systems that lose all refrigerant in under 7 days (leak is too large and requires a part replacement)

  • Ammonia (R717) or CO₂ (R744) systems
